Homes.com and Harmon Homes merge to form industry’s largest combined print and online real estate business

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 14, 2007—Dominion Enterprises, a leading media and information services company, has announced the merger of two of its flagship businesses, Homes.com and Harmon Homes, into a single real estate marketing company. This new company, which will retain the name Homes.com, now combines the resources of a top 10 real estate portal with the nation’s largest independent local real estate publication.

“This move creates an unprecedented marketing opportunity for agents and brokers to seamlessly market their property listings to the broadest audience of home buyers,” said Ernie Blood, an executive vice president at Dominion Enterprises. “Homes.com will provide an integrated print and online marketing solution that will greatly improve results for our customers.”

Harmon Homes, newly re-branded as Homes.com, has been a leader in real estate advertising for more than 30 years. With a monthly circulation of more than 2.4 million, distributed from 45,000 prime retail locations and street boxes throughout the country, the publications provide comprehensive in-market exposure.

Homes.com is the fastest growing real estate portal in the country, growing 15% from Aug. 2006 to Aug. 2007 and consistently outpacing many of its competitors. More than 3 million home buyers visit Homes.com each month to search nearly 1.5 million listings of homes for sale across the country.

As a result of the merger, every real estate advertisement placed in any one of the more than 130 Homes.com free print publications also will be displayed on the Homes.com Web site as a basic listing. Expanding to the Internet will greatly increase the exposure of local print listings and taking the Homes.com brand into local neighborhoods will drive even more traffic to property listings on the Homes.com Web site.
