Homes.com Announces Partnership with BobVila.com

Online Listing Network Expands Opportunities for Agents and Brokers

NORFOLK, Va., July 21, 2008 – Homes.com (www.homes.com), a division of Dominion Enterprises, announced today that it has partnered with BobVila.com, an award-winning home improvement Web site, in a listing agreement.

The agreement allows more than 105,000 Homes.com hand-entered, active property listings to be directly available to home buyers and sellers on BobVila.com. By integrating Homes.com’s property listings with BobVila.com, home buyers and sellers can receive the latest Homes.com properties while researching home improvement products on BobVila.com.

“This partnership between Homes.com and BobVila.com is an example of the commitment Homes.com has to providing its customers with efficient means to promote their listings in an easy and convenient manner,” said Jason Doyle, vice president of Homes.com. “It gives our customers an opportunity to increase their consumer-targeted contact while managing the distribution of their listings from one central place, Homes.com.”

This new agreement between Homes.com and Bobvila.com benefits both companies through an increased focus on providing their customers of agents and brokers with a higher advantage and raising overall customer satisfaction.

“With the addition of Homes.com’s property listings to BobVila.com’s Real Estate section, we are able to provide an even more comprehensive selection of residential homes for sale to our site users” said Dan Newberry, vice president at BobVila.com

Through this new partnership, BobVila.com joins Homes.com’s listing syndication network. This listing syndication network already includes: Zillow.com, Vast, Google Base, Oodle, HarmonHomes.com, Propbot.com, Trulia, Bargain Network, Yahoo Real Estate, and Hotpads.
