Go local. The Internet puts today’s consumers a click away from a world of real estate information. Use this to your advantage by positioning your name & your brand accordingly. Display advertising that’s purchased on the local level- whether by city, zip code or neighborhood, directly targets key home buyers and sellers who need you. The media tends to focus on areas where these abuses occur, bringing the bad news into sharp focus. As prices continue to fall, the real estate market will begin to recover as part of its normal cyclical process. Be sure to keep your prospects and clients engaged throughout the recovery process.
