We are excited to announce the winner of the first Homes.com Questions and Answers Community Testimonial Contest!

Congratulations to James Sharpe of Crown Realty in Olathe, Kansas, who submitted the following testimonial:

“I have Homes.com come straight to my cell phone, so when someone inquires about one of my listings or has a question that needs to be answered I can be the first to reply. My latest client was someone who asked a question about one of my listings and because I answered them so promptly they went ahead and hired me as their Realtor. Thanks Homes.com!”

As the winner of the testimonial contest, James will be awarded an Apple iPad (valued at $499) as a token of our thanks.

We would like to thank all those who participated in our Questions and Answers Community Testimonial Contest. In fact, so many great entries were submitted that we couldn’t pick just one! We have selected two runners up.

Congratulations to Michael Sebastian of OC Signature Properties in Orange, California and Tom May of Keller Williams Tampa Central in Tampa, Florida. As a runner up, both will receive 2 Featured Listings on Homes.com for 3 months—for FREE!

Thanks again to all who entered! We are working hard to ensure that the Homes.com Questions and Answers Community will continue to be a valuable part of your real estate marketing strategy. If you have any additional feedback to share about the Questions and Answers Community or about any of Homes.com’s products or services, please let us know!
