Homes.com and Century 21 announce new Listing Program Agreement

Homes.comAt the 2011 CENTURY 21 International Convention this morning, the Showcase Advantage Listing Program was announced by Bev Thorne, Chief Marketing Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The new advertising partnership with Century 21 Real Estate LLC and Homes.com leverages Homes.com’s status at the #1 referrer of traffic to century21.com among all real estate sites.

This new partnership will enable participating CENTURY 21 offices the option to enhance their listings on Homes.com at a heavily discounted rate. The new program will provide participating CENTURY 21 offices with their office logo on all listings, call tracking capabilities, unlimited listing photos and much more.

With over 6 million monthly visitors Homes.com referred the most traffic to Century21.com in February 2010, ahead of Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia.
