According to comScore, Google Sites, driven primarily by video viewing at YouTube.com, ranked as the top online video content property in December 2010 with 144.8 million unique viewers. Google Sites also had the highest number of viewing sessions with 1.9 billion, and the highest average time spent per viewer at 274 minutes, or 4.6 hours.

- Don’t give it all away. Share all of the amazing features but don’t elaborate too much on them. This video should give a glimpse of the house and if a buyer is interested he/she will set up an appointment.
- Do a test run first. You don’t want any hiccups during your filming, so go through the script and walk through the house to see what will be the best lighting or placement to highlight the property’s best features.
Research free online tools you can use to help edit your video. It doesn’t need to be fancy, but some cutting of footage may need to be done. Music is also a nice touch!
