1.      Brand New FREE Training Webinars. Homes Connect product experts are now available to you to teach you how to use your Homes Connect Dashboard and tools, and to take your questions, in a LIVE webinar classroom setting! 2.      NEW Customer Service Hours.  The average work day isn’t the always the most  convenient time to for you to call customer service, so we are opening earlier and closing later just for you.  In order to better fit your needs, we now open our customer service lines at 8:00 am and close at 7:00 pm ET.

3.      Training on YouTube. Are you an early bird or a night owl and want to understand the design center but the customer service center isn’t available when you are? Have no fear,  Homes.com is here! We have detailed tutorials on YouTube available when YOU need them.  This means that if you can’t make our weekly webinar, or you had a showing the last hour of customer service, you can STILL learn our design center and other Homes Connect features when it’s convenient to YOU!
