Customer Service Week 2012: Homes.com Wants to Be the One!

Next week, October 1-5, is National Customer Service Week and Homes.com will be celebrating! Throughout the year, it is our number one priority to make sure our clients are served in the best way possible. Our expert team works tirelessly year round to ensure the quality and efficiency of our products so that you have the best experience as a Homes.com partner!

Back in 1992, Congress declared Customer Service Week as a nationally recognized event to honor the people who serve and support customers “with the highest degree of care and professionalism”. This year’s Customer Service Week theme is Be The One, so the entire week we will not only be pushing ourselves to be the ONE to heed all of your needs, but we will also be posting a Be The One Tip on our blog each day to help YOU be the one to your clients as well! Lastly, we’ll be celebrating in our office by closing early at 1PM Eastern time on Friday, October 5th. We encourage you to do the same with your business – you deserve it for being such a great service to your clients throughout the year!
