Homes.com Sees Increase of Visits in October

Homes.com

The numbers are in for October and Homes.com has reason to celebrate. While holding steady at number five, Homes.com saw a 2.65% increase in visits share for the month! That works out to be over 13 million visits! The only site in the top five to make any sort of movement was Realtor.com, switching places with Yahoo! Homes. Even still, they saw a 2.46% decrease in visits share, and Yahoo saw a whopping loss of over 17%.

Here’s how the rest of the top ten real estate websites stacked up in October:

  1. Zillow
  2. Trulia
  3. Realtor.com (September: Yahoo! Homes)
  4. Yahoo! Homes (September: Realtor.com)
  5. Homes.com
  6. AOL Real Estate
  7. FrontDoor Real Estate
  8. MSN Real Estate
  9. Rent.com
  10. Apartment Guide

It’s quite the tight lineup, with only two spots shifting. It will be interesting to see what will happen as the holidays and the slow real estate season kick in. However, Homes.com will be spending the weekend at the National Association of Realtors Conference & Expo, making lots of new connections, so it’s possible a spike in visits could happen this month. We will just have to wait and see!
