Customer Service Week Recap!

National Customer Service Week ended last week and Homes.com took part in celebrating all things customer service! This year’s theme was “Think Service,” a mantra designed to put customer service in the foreground of all employee’s interaction with customers. In addition to emphasizing consumer service interactions, Customer Service Week is also a time for customer service representatives across the country to be recognized for the amazing contributions to their respective companies. Here at Homes.com, we honored the customer service section of our company with a week full of food, games, and team building activities!

In our main customer service center in Tallahassee, FL the festivities kicked off on Monday with a Pancake Breakfast cooked and served to the entire office by the Marketing Team. To accent the breakfast theme, everyone in the office was encouraged to dress in their appropriate sleeping attire for “Pajama Day!”

On Tuesday, the Finance Team treated the office to a Nacho Buffet! While everyone got down on some nachos, there was an ongoing contest for the best (or should I say “worst”) outfit for the “Tacky Tuesday” theme!

Wednesday, the whole office went “off the grid” with “Disguise Day!” Everyone seemed to reemerge though when the announcement for a pizza party was made though!

Thursday saw a wave of Superheroes invade the customer service wing during our “Superhero Day” theme. We had classics like Superman and Batman as well as some newer faces like Mario! To end the day’s activities, everyone showed off their own super abilities during the office wide talent show and then enjoyed a company wide potluck!

On Friday, we closed another year of Customer Service week with a special treat for the customer service team – they were treated to a special viewing of “Gravity” starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney!

So as another successful and fun National Customer Service Week comes to a close, we would like to thank our very dedicated customer service staff for all their hard work and their personal goal to “Strive for Five!”

But most of all, we would like to thank our customers! Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Thank you!
