Homes.com & ForRent.com Executives Make Swanepoels Power List for Real Estate

The real estate industry is highly competitive, plain and simple. With that said, who do you consider to be the most influential? To answer this question, Swanepoel recently released the first edition of their “Power 200: The Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate in 2013”. According to Swanpoel “the SP200 is the most comprehensive analysis ever published of the most powerful key decision makers, trailblazers, influencers, company chieftains, thought leaders, and innovators.”

Homes.com is excited to share that two of our very own have been selected for this one of a kind list. Andy Woolley, Vice President of Homes.com, was recognized for his contribution to advancing real estate technology. A sixteen year veteran of the real estate technology industry, Woolley played an essential role in launching the Homes Connect Platform, the real estate industry’s first truly integrated marketing platform.

Terry Slattery, President of Dominion Homes Media, was nominated for this list under the most influential “Outsiders” category. This category recognizes those in an executive position who continue to make significant impact on the residential real estate brokerage industry. Slattery is recognized for his contributions to helping grow Homes.com into one of the premier real estate portal sites in today’s industry.

With the recent release of our Fusion™ and Studio products, the newest additions to the Homes Connect Marketing Platform, we’ve already set the bar higher than ever for our competitors. It’s an exciting time here at Homes.com and under the leadership of individuals like Terry and Andy, we’re anxious to see what 2014 has in store for us!
