Keep an Eye on Your Leads with Enhanced Activity Reports!

Lead Management from Homes.comThe process of lead management from first contact with a new buyer to final closing is often a long journey. It is important to track your leads so they don’t get away. According to the 2013 NAR Survey of Buyers and Sellers, responsiveness was rated “very important” by 93% of all buyers. This means you need to not only stay connected to your buyers, but also be able to anticipate their needs. In order to do that, you need to be able to keep track of what your buyers are looking at and are most interested in. To help you with this, Homes.com has made improvements to the Homes Connect Lead Activity Notification System.

Now, once a new visitor registers with your website, you will receive a detailed email notification when the visitor interacts with your listings. The email notification will report the following information:

  • Properties that the visitor viewed and saved to their profile
  • If they created new saved searches
  • If they requested more information on a listing

This will be a great way for you to know if that new buyer is ready to take the next step in the process, or if they are interested in a different area or type of property.

Managing Leads in Homes ConnectEncouraging new leads to register on your Homes Connect website is not only a great way to keep track of your leads, but it is also adds value for your client as well. By registering on your website, your leads will be able to save and organize all of their favorite searches and listings in one place, and because you can easily see what they are doing, it cuts down on their need to communicate with you. To see the complete history of a lead’s activity on your website, go to the Lead Management application and click on the Edit Contact button in the Actions drop down for that lead.
