Phase 1 – Search what you need help with
Are you trying to add a new page to your website or import prospects from your Facebook account? Enter what you need help with and you will likely find the step-by-step instructions that you were looking for on our comprehensive support website. In addition to detailed documents, there are also short instructional videos on many of the features that our clients commonly have questions about.
Phase 2 – Connect directly to us
If your search does not yield the info you need, then you can connect to our product experts right from your dashboard. During normal business hours, you can quickly message us and continue listening to your iTunes playlist while you chat back and forth with one of our product experts to find the perfect solution to your problem.
