Dominion Enterprises Launches Homes Media Solutions

Synergistic approach for Dominion’s real estate brands will provide innovative products and services for real estate professionals, consumers

Homes.comNorfolk, Va., May 8, 2011Dominion Enterprises announced today that it will unify its real estate brands and businesses, including its flagship brand, Homes.com, into a new division called Homes Media Solutions.

In addition to Homes.com, Homes Media Solutions will include the other Dominion real estate media and technology brands, specializing in marketing and data solutions for real estate professionals. These include Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage, eNeighborhoods and NUMBER1EXPERT®.

Leading the new Homes Media Solutions business unit are two seasoned Dominion executives. Andy Woolley, vice president of eNeighborhoods, LLC, will assume the role of vice president of Homes Media Solutions, overseeing the Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage, eNeighborhoods and NUMBER1EXPERT® product lines. Jason Doyle, vice president of Homes.com, will continue to oversee the growth of Homes.com, the nation’s premier real estate search site, visited by over 6 million consumers monthly. eNeighborhoods introduces Neighborhood Envoy

A NEW localized neighborhood information resource for real estate professionals

Homes.com sister company, eNeighborhoods, the nation’s premier compiler of home and neighborhood information, announced the release of a new localized neighborhood information resource called Neighborhood Envoy. Neighborhood Envoy enables agents, brokers, and multiple listing services (MLSs) to deliver neighborhood knowledge in person and through Web and mobile channels.

Mercado, a new marketing system exclusive to California real estate agents, is a search platform that joins multiple California MLS databases and provides real estate professionals with a single gateway to listing data across the state.

The nation’s premier compiler of real estate related home and neighborhood information, eNeighborhoods provides the real estate industry with a comprehensive set of marketing and analytical tools. With Mercado, eNeighborhoods adds Web-based marketing tools to the existing search platform which includes CMA, BuyerTour, and Design Center, a direct marketing application. Mercado Neighborhood Reports and IDX tools also are available.
