Home Sales Projected to Hit Record Highs in 2012

Is it true that the housing market crash may be a thing of the past - If the National Association of Realtors has anything to say about it, yes!

NAR has released their prediction for the housing market for this year. According to the association, existing-home sales will jump 7 to 10 percent this year.  This will put home sales at the highest they’ve been in five years!

On top of that, pending-home sales in February were up 9.2 percent from last year. There is no doubt that 2012 is shaping up to be a stellar year for the housing market.
